Good to know

Do I need to edit my theme code?

No. The widget is a Shopify app embed — you turn it on with one toggle in the theme editor and paste your bot ID. No snippet, no developer.

Where does the assistant get its answers?

From your live Shopify catalog and order data, plus anything you add in the onlyAI dashboard. It won't invent products, prices or stock.

Can a shopper see someone else's order?

Never. Order status is unlocked only after the shopper verifies the email on that specific order, and only that one order is shown.

What happens if I uninstall?

Access is revoked immediately and the stored connection is wiped. You can reinstall any time.
